Kitten v Puppy Duel

The first exhibits merely reflexive reaction to startling movement, the other establishes meaningful cognition at an early age by choosing to replicate a sound. Just saying.

Please, no one tell the Feline Theocracy. It is very intolerant of dissent.

(h/t to The Coffee Shop for the kitten, and DRJ at Patterico for the puppy)

  1. Aw, their both cute. Cute VS Cute. They Both Win! It's a Win/Win Contest! Don't you agree? Check out the Kitten & Dog Photo on my website's splash page. www.CatholicNotions.com Cute, don't you think? Kitten covered up with the dog's ear.

  4. They are BOTH adorable, but the puppy is reacting to high pitch sound that hurts his/her little ears.

The kitten raises her/his paws for protection against the wiggling fingers.

But who cares, they are both so cute my teeth hurt!!
