Saturday Night Card Game (Cancelled Due To Drain)

Taking the night off.  Fighting blogger burnout.  I'm drained.

By the way, there have been 52 prior entries in the Saturday Night Card Game series.  On the 53rd night I rest.

So consider this something of an open thread.  It's your game tonight.

  1. Take the break now. I've seen plenty of bloggers fall off because they burned out and didn't take the break. We patiently await your return.

  5. Hahaha! Enjoy your rest, Professor. It's been a tough week, from what all you've posted, and had to manage while going through trials.

Thanks for the Andy Kaufman videos!! I'd forgotten how funny he was......crazy, but funny! :D

(My vote for "the card game": Jesse Jackson's comments this week about Obamacare and "creeping genocide." That was the worst this week, IMHO.)

    Manana, senior. Buenos noches. ;)

  7. "And you, Other Ken, are a closed-threadaphobe."

    And proud of it.

My favorite story of the week has to be the one about Alvin Greene considering a run for president. Perhaps he thinks that if he can get over 300,000 votes in South Carolina just by showing up how much better might he do if he started making campaign speeches? So far no one has had the heart to tell him that the democrats already have a guy running who is completely umqualified for the job.
