Progressives Have A "They Took The Bar" Moment
Homepage report at Firedoglake on last night's elections. Dems wiped out in the House, serious setbacks in the Senate, Statehouses gone ... but damn it, they defeated California Prop. 19, a "they took the bar" moment if ever there were one:
The homophobic pot bigots won, again.

Jon Stewart deserves alot of credit. The rally to restore sanity worked.
ReplyDeleteThey voted down marijuana but elected Moonbeam? Sorry, but this doesn't pass the smell test. Neither does the fact that Harry Reid won by 5 pts while his son lost by 11.
