What Liberal Non-Conformists Are Wearing On Their Bumpers

Last Sunday I highlighted the famed "Coexist" bumper sticker, which seems to be everywhere (at least in Ithaca, Berkeley and Cambridge).

But there are liberal non-conformists out there, who refuse to wear the "Coexist" sticker on their cars just because all their friends are doing it.

Melissa in New Hampshire spotted one such independent spirit in the "Live Free or Die" state, who put the semi-rare "Tolerance" bumper sticker on her car, just to be different:

(I appreciate readers sending me images of bumper stickers, but please do not cut people off, engage in high speed chases, or follow someone home just to get a photo.)

  1. Notice there is no symbol for "Conservatism" in this. OTOH, there's a Kokopelli.

  5. I have seen this on the web in the shape of a bumper sticker, I believe at Western Rifle Shooters: "When government doesn't obey the Constitution, What's treason?"

  6. Is the e (=mc^2) supposed to represent atheism (because of course, religious folk don't believe in physics)? The guy under the "r": New Orleans-based Jazzologists? I don't know where to begin with the "n" but the first "e"? Definitely transsexualism.
