Well, Glenn Beck's eyes certainly weren't dry. He started weeping while telling the crowd that somewhere out there was "the next George Washington".I just saw people peacefully exercising their constitutional rights of assembly and free speech in the best tradition of our country:
Dunno about you, but when I saw pan shots of the crowd -- which was one of the whitest crowds in D.C. in recent memory -- I mostly thought I saw "the next Timothy McVeigh."
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."Timothy McVeigh stood for the exact opposite of the freedoms protected by the First Amendment and the message of the Restoring Honor rally.
But what do I know? I'm not an Eliminationist theorist.

Who reads that kinda crap?? How do you look out at a crowd like that and turn it into something so negative and hateful? How? What are these people made of?
ReplyDeleteI pity the condition of their hearts.
If the next McVeigh was there, he was a "D" eranged "D"emocRAT...
ReplyDeleteI knocked over my coffee this morning and as I looked down to sop up the mess, staring up at me was the face of Satan!
ReplyDeleteWow, did that many of the left infiltrate Restoring America. Or was it his tunnel vision that caused him to only see his leftist friends. Sad, I would see an eye doctor, first thing Monday morning. I think they have drops for that.
ReplyDeleteGreat Program Glenn Beck. Thanks.
I got spooked by one of the grandmothers wheeled out in a wheel chair. She looked especially shifty after a long day of waving her flag and singing "Amazing Grace". Neiwert may be onto something here.
ReplyDeleteI can't remember now where I saw it, but someone left a comment on a leftwing blog that yesterday's rally reminded him of the 1930s Nuremberg rallies. The similarity is that one of the Nurmeberg rallies, the one the Nazi Party held in 1936, was titled "Rally of Honour". See the connection? It sounds eerily similar to Beck's "Restoring Honor".
Did anyone catch the Latino SEIU guy at Al's Rally, he was one scary radical progressive racist union dude.
ReplyDeleteI loved the part where Al told the crowd, thank MLK, we arrived here in First Class, because of him. Who Al, you, SEIU, LaRaza and The "Pigford Case" lawyers, I mean activists?
How out of touch were all those speakers from the crowd at that HS. Alot!
Twisted and revolting.
If anything is going to incite another McVeigh, it is a government that repeatedly takes positions that 70% of the population disagree with and that persists in policies that discriminate on the basis of race, gender and sexual orientation. If anything, Beck is trying to reverse the government actions that provoke the would be McVeighs.
ReplyDeleteIf you want to see a developing black response to Obama and the Democrats, Google C. L. Bryant on Youtube. The guy is an ex-minister from Shreveport with a pending documentary on the slavary of Democratic policies. The Youtube video is the trailer for the movie. I think it is great.
ReplyDeleteMaggotatBroad&Wall ... boy, how the Regressives forget so quickly the faux Greek columns ... the "Funded by the ARRA" signs that are possible violations of our anti-propaganda laws ... and kids singing "Barack Hussein Obama ... MMMM MMM MMM ..."
ReplyDeleteNot to mention the tingly-legs of the MSM. Goebbels himself was probably awed from his hole in Hell, just watching them ...
Just got back from my daily run that I had to cut short. You won't believe this but as I was running, I chanced to look up at the clouds that are so rare here in Southern California and there was Satan's face again!
ReplyDeleteI haven't seen the face of Satan so many times in one in one day since I went to the art museum a few years ago for a lecture on German Expressionist portrait artist Hermann Rorschach (which Wikipedia informs us is pronounced [ˈʁoːɐʃax in German).
I really don't understand modern art. Too scary.
This leftist was mocking Glenn Beck's comment that "I see in this audience the next George Washington! He may only be 8 years old, but I see him here...."
ReplyDeleteThis guy is just pure evil, trying to twist good to look like evil - which just about sums up the leftists, actually. ;)
