After someone who did commercial voice-overs for Geico was fired for leaving threatening messages at FreedomWorks (which has supported the Tea Parties), a call went out for others to leave threatening messages.
As a result, FreedomWorks has been inundated with threatening phone calls, leading blogger Tabitha Hale, who also works at FreedomWorks, to put together this video (via Right Wing News):
In light of GeicoGate and the recent accusations from the media regarding the violent rhetoric of the conservative movement, I've taken the liberty of editing together the voicemails and emails we've received as a result of DC Douglas' call to contact FreedomWorks. Here's the result.
WARNING: This is intense. Violent language is an understatement. I haven't censored - only edited to remove names and phone numbers.
Don't think FreedomWorks is alone. Here is a copy of an e-mail I received last year, routed through a service in Italy which provides an anonymous IP address to hide the source:
In Treblinka, there were privileged prisoners called kapos, whose duty it was to escort other prisoners to the gas chambers.--------------------------------------------
After a kapo had done his deadly work, the guards often rewarded him in some fashion--they gave him an extra ration of bread, or soup; a usable piece of underwear, a sliver of soap.
But when the guards grew irritated with a kapo--and sooner or later, they always did--a team would lash the kapo to the ground, face up, and prop open his mouth with two sticks, one vertical, one horizontal.
At the same time, another team of guards would inject enemas into a dozen prisoners.
And when the moment came, when the dozen prisoners could no longer contain themselves, the guards would have the twelve squat over the open mouth of the thirteenth.
You are a kapo; so that is what I wish for you: that a dozen prisoners shit in your mouth till you choke, and that your parents, and your children and your brothers and sisters lick up the excess shit.

This was actually hilarious. Just pure vehemence at the Tea Parties, which Freedomworks supports, but is not. The inarticulate messages were testimony to the opposition and reminded me of the low-level union thug teachers I have heard so much from in debates.
ReplyDeleteThis is just the kind of thing we need to do more of to expose the intolerance and two-faced types mobilizing on the other side.
ReplyDeleteBut don't we also need some kind of central PR group that works? The one at the National Republican Headquarters is deficient. We're up against OFA and Pouffle is bAAAAAAAck.
I am not surprised at how sick and degenerate the left happens to be. They are so assured of the righteousness of their cause that they feel they can treat anyone anyway they want. But you know so did the Nazis. I am sorry that you received that vile email from that individual in Italy.
ReplyDeleteI wander if they sent a copy to the left's lover-boy Soros, who by the way was a real kapo. Made his monetary start by turning over Jews to the Nazis and then usurping their abandoned porperty.
I hate being reminded that there are a number of evil, heartless, spineless people in the world.
ReplyDeleteHey, this is more than a little off topic, but if you have heard of the everyone draw mohammed day movement, i created a site dedicated to it.

Professor, I would love all the linky goodness you can provide.
Examples of emotive reasoning. How do you have a conversation or dialogue with that?
ReplyDeleteThe summary of the messages were: call names using many foul adjectives (especially the f word), and wish ill or threaten harm to conservatives.
I understand the signs as a form of public protest, but where does public demonstration stop and private harrassement start? If someone called my business and said they "knew where I lived", indicating a threat, is that a crime, or free speech?
Did Freedom works have or withhold any messages that could be a little more elevated in thought or words? Surly one commenter must have disagreed politely.
I wonder what messages Geico has received? It would be interesting to hear from them, but I'm sure they want this to go away as quickly as they got rid of their voice guy.
IMO, this is the result of eight years of Frank Rich and Keith Ogremann spewing hate to make thier living. I hope those callers represent a tiny, fringe element of the radical left. But my sense is the number of unhinged nuts is growing.
ReplyDeleteThe left is truly the party of hate and venom!
ReplyDeletewow.
ReplyDeletegood luck to me being able to scrape that image off the backs of my eyes.
Hi William
ReplyDeleteAbout the email you received.
The detail to which the writer went in order to describe the atrocities is revealing. Clearly this person revels in describing atrocity, which suggests a certain malaise. Moreover, the death camps were factories operating on schedules. The camps existed primarily to kill people. Or do medical experiments. I doubt there was much time or inclination for extracurricular feces fests. The email is both juvenile and disturbed.
"Here is a copy of an e-mail I received last year..."
ReplyDeleteI never cease to be amazed at how disgusting, low, and hate-filled these "tolerant" people are on the left. I am so sorry you have been subjected to such hate attacks.
Although you are not alone, as FreedomWorks, Michelle Malkin, and other victims demonstrates, it is still shocking to me that this hate is targeted at someone exercising his 1st Amendment right of freedom of speech. Truly beyond imagining how evil people are on the liberal left.
Thanks for the enlightening post. Stay strong, and keep posting. It must be working, if you are a target! Not a very comforting thought, but they're heads are exploding over your blog. Good on ya!
These people are worse than animals.
ReplyDeleteDespite the despicable, disgusting voicemails and emails, I had to laugh at the complete and utter incompetence of these lefty fools that canceled their Geico insurance. From Matt Kibbe at Big Government.com: (about Geico) "Let them know that you, in fact, are not a mentally retarded killer, but that you are now in the market for car insurance."
ReplyDeleteTo all you leftys out there: You did exactly what Matt Kibbe from the Tea Party asked you to do!! How do you feel now!! Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha!
Odd. Wasn't leftie Sugar Daddy George Soros a "kapo?" How would he appreciate this attack?
