We attended a local elementary school's band & chorus concert last night. The teacher is ambitious and loves her work, and the students did a fine job. BUT, every single song they sang was about global warming and saving the earth and recycling. The one song that wasn't sung was our national anthem. They played a taped recording of it and had a waving flag on the screen.
