These are the corrupt GOP leaders who join the libs in calling us Tea Partiers violent racists.

And to Mr. Levick,

"To paraphrase Bierce, John McCain has lied so much and so notoriously that he has neither the legal nor moral right to tell the truth."

McCain should have stayed out of politics. As an American, I'll forever be grateful for the courage he displayed while being tortured by the Viet Cong for 5 years, and merely ask that those who haven't made anything approaching his sacrifice for their country be, at the very least, restrained in their criticism of him. He's not perfect - who the hell is? - but if conservatism means anything it means showing respect for those whose heroism has allowed us to enjoy the freedom we typically take for granted. I hope to hell I have children who grow up to have even an ounce of McCain's integrity and character.Adam Levickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16104050660732894576noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1522121129844880066.post-49711914431080808312011-03-25T17:16:11.963-04:002011-03-25T17:16:11.963-04:00H.L. No, I'm wrong about that. They only want the GOP to be honorable. Whatever they do doesn't matter, because they know what's best.
Sounds like the citizen scholar got caught with his hand in the cookie jar and is trying to bluff it out.
